Ali El Jishi is the proud founder and director of TFA. With a gifted passion and love for the game, Ali has played in various tournaments and teams at a semi-pro level. The experience has given him much exposure and widened his horizons - later on - as a football coach. Ali's long-term goal was to accomplish a dream project - The Football Academy and the D3 Club he put together in 2022, as a logical continuation and growth of this project - Football at the highest level. The aim of TFA EPC is to educate aspiring footballers and provide them with a platform that trains and prepares them to perform successfully on an international scale. For this purpose, Ali has collaborated with the best coaches, trainers, and educationists in the business. Today TFA stands as one of the most established football academies in UAE successfully offering football development paths to players from across the world.
