Ali El Jishi, the founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Football Academy (TFA) in Dubai, is an experienced club director with over years of experience in contract negotiation, working with investors, partner relationship management, club development, sponsorship negotiations, and more. Ali El Jishi has had a lifelong passion for football and went on to compete at the semi-professional level in different parts of the UK. Throughout his travels, he accrued an in-depth understanding of the techniques and tactics used by footballers and coaches. Pleased with the insights gained, Ali El Jishi sought to pass these learnings on to the next generation of football hopefuls through the formation of TFA. With this project, he aims to provide a platform for young players to excel and reach their goals in the diverse world of football.
